Recently, VDev collaborated on the large management and execution of a systems modernization project for a large government agency. This was for an “enterprise-wide” data storage and web based portal modernization effort. VDev has been working with this agency on multiple projects for over 6 years. Our team is involved in many aspects of each project from the requirements analysis to internal control and risk management processes. Our guidance and direction with the analysis and assessment of the business process management improvement plan proved to create efficiencies for the both the short and long term approval processes.
